Saddle Stitched Binding

 

If you look at any magazine, comic book, or brochure, you’re probably looking at an example of saddle stitch binding. It is one of the most popular and cheapest book binding methods available today. The maximum number of pages depends on factors including paper thickness, although 64 pages is considered a reasonable upper limit. Our daily capacity is 200.000 pcs for Saddle Stitching.

Saddle-stitching on the spine:

  • Binding with 1 up to 4 staples. The most common one is with 2 staples. This is a typical binding used for catalogues, exercise books and coloring books. It is very cost-effective in big quantities. Omega – type Saddle Stitching

Omega – type Saddle Stitching:

  • The staples used for this type of stitching has a round part (very similar to Omega sign). It is mainly used for catalogues, programs that can be filed easily. This is one of our speciality that you can’t find in every company. Side-stitching on the block's side

Side-stitching on the block's side:

  • Binding with 1-2 staples. An original alternative to adhesive binding - pages are stitched on the side, with a special case for decorative purposes (produced separately). Die-cut stitching

Die-cut stitching:

  • A particularly interesting technology - a brochure is wire-stitched and die-cut. Especially popular for decorating various publications for children.
